Clipped Wings and Inked Armor

This story is written by Hunterhunting and this is how this author describes her story: Haunted by her past Bella is broken and alone. Starting over, can she let go of the guilt that consumes her when she meets a beautiful tattoo artist or will his own personal demons destroy them first? Rated M for language and lemons. AH/OOC

Ok - well I can only tell you that this description does not do this story justice. And the word "lemons" should be written like this: L-E-M-O-N-S. Not because there are so MANY of them, but because the author is so talented at the pure art of anticipation. Before reading this story, just be warned that you will have a SERIOUS case of pantie puddin' before it's all over with. You might want to lay out a clean pair of drawers and arrange a booty call - LOL! In the author's description of her story she refers to the Edward character as "a beautiful tattoo artist" well, just let me tell you that it should say "A FUCKHOT DELICIOUS PIECE OF MAN MEAT tattoo artist". This Edward is so hot it makes my screen smoke. The story is worth reading for Edward alone - But Bella is so precious and she has really been put through some awful dark terrible stuff. I won't tell you what - you will just have to read the story and find out. Don't read this story for the lemons, enjoy the lemons because the story is soo good. Hunterhunting is extremely talented and up until now has been Johnny on the Spot with her updates about 1 per week. Which is just enough to make you check your e-mail every 15 minutes after about the 5th day.

Hunterhunting has an extreme sense of humor and has started a blog of her own. I follow her on Twilighted and instead of giving you too many "teasers" she actually lets you write your questions in and she interviews the characters for you. It is extremely entertaining! The interviews actually make waiting for updates bearable. She posts all the interviews on her blog so you don't have to scroll through pages of thread. If you visit her Twilighted forum, please be advised that some of the language (and pictures) get a little raunchy - but it is all in fun and the girls on there are an extreme hoot! They have helped me with everything from finding something to read in a lull time to helping me with my signature.

  4. Hey there - Another old(er) suthrn momma here (older than you m'dear) LOL!

I found your blog from HunterHunting's blog, decided to be nosy and see what you had going on. You have a great idea here and so, you now have another follower.

I am an avid reader too, have read MANY of the same stories you have. I think my faves list runs a little darker than yours, but we seem to share some of the same tastes.

Nice to know there are other 40+ ladies out here with the same FF obsession. I don't feel like such a damn cougar!

  5. Well, I'm from the great northeast, let's just say I'm 50-something and found myself in this Twilight dimension quite by accident. I started reading the books with my grandniece (age 13) and before you could say "Rob's a hunk" I found myself lusting after this 23 year old...(I've got kids older than him) ohhhh, this is soooo bad. So in the beginning I would just log onto the internet and search for photos and updates on what Rob was doing every moment of every day. When I read his interview with GQ, Rob mentioned Fanfiction, and I had to find out what it was all about. I started on Twilighted and eventually found Wide Awake. It was all over for me right there, and then, I was hooked... next I knew, I booked myself on a two week vacation in Italy and I'll be in Volterra by October 14th......It really is like being on crack...and to think it started so innocently, just reading a damn book ...yeah, a damn book that turned out to be a gateway drug. Oh, and it's getting worse. I'm downloading
Marcus Foster, Bobby Long and Sam Bradley tunes; buying Kings of Leon CDs.....traveling half way around the world, getting tatt'd...I need HELP :)
I'm heading off to read Clipped Wings & Inked Armor...I'll be checking in again
