snshyne

Name: snshyne

Age: Do I have to?....*whispers* 26

Relationship Status: My longest relationship is with my cell phone number and I have a rather sizable box of toys under my bed.

Sexual Orientation: I dig peen.

Pets: I have a dog and her name is Zoe. And she is the cutest thing in the world. You will all love her. She is my child and my only commitment in life.

Children: Zoe. See above. oh! and my iPhone, Alice.

Type of Job: There is paper on my desk and I push it.

Type of Fics that are your favorite:  Here's the thing, I will read just about anything. It would be easier to say what I don't like. But in the interest of positivity, I won't. So, I prefer angst, mystery and funny fics. Funny is wicked hard to do, so I don't read too many of them. I love a good twist in a story. I prefer a good plot and a well written fic over lemons any day. Though lemons are nice. Let me clarify on the angst; I don't like fic ripe with miscommunication. It drives me insane. I prefer E/B, but I can read fics about other couples (I love a good Jalice fic). I still can't really do non-Canon though, such as Roseward and Emella. Oh! And I have a thing for a psycho Edward. And by psycho, I mean some kind of mental disturbance. The psychology fascinates me.

Favorite Twilight Character: Tie between Edward and Alice.

How did you find Twilight? I'm a vamp girl at heart; Dracula bit me when I was five and the rest is history. A friend told me I would love Twilight by Stephenie Meyer. I refused to read it because I'm stubborn and rarely do what I'm told. And the media expressed teeny bopper craze was a total turn off. Last summer, I was bored and Twilight was sitting on my coffee table. I picked it up on Thursday and put Breaking Dawn down on Saturday night. Couldn't stand Bella, hated Jake, everyone else was great.

How did you find Fan Fiction? Have I mentioned that I get into trouble when I'm bored? I found a lot of Twilight sites and just basically read about different things. Wide Awake was mentioned a lot on Twi-Tarded at the time (this was like July/August '09 and I think Wide Awake was wrapping up) and I really just didn't get it. Why the hell do people read fan created work about published characters? The concept was foreign to me. I met cclore on newmoonmovie.org, we bonded over Remember Me and finger porn, and she sent me the link to Wide Awake and I pretty much fell into the Rabbit's Hole that is fanfiction.

Do you write Fan Fiction? As a matter of fact, I do. Would you like to read it? Take your pick.

Do you have a favorite Author? This is a trick question isn't it? As a general rule, I don't have favorites. However, there are exceptions to every rule. Kharizzmatik is my fav, but you can't tell her. It's our secret.

Do you have a favorite Story? Again with the trickery! This is so obvious, I should probably have it tattooed on my ass or something. Emancipation Proclamation would be my top spot fic.

What do you like most about the fandom? Uhm... it's the perfect place for my often random, asinine, petulant, nonsensical musings. We're all pretty much the same brand of crazy (give or take a few diagnoses) and on a good day, it's really good. We won't talk about the bad days. Plus, I've met some wicked people and some of them I have come to know and love beyond the world of Twilight, perpetually hard Edwards and mutli-orgasmic Bellas.

Hobbies outside of the Fandom: I like to read non-fanfiction. Like, real books. *gasp* I also write non-fanfiction things not for the general public. I like to cook and travel, though I don't do either enough. I'm a hardcore shopaholic -someone sign me up for meetings. Music and movies are also big hobbies of mine; I especially love going to live shows. I collect things: shoes, bags, sex toys, jeans, candles, shot glasses, books, Apple products, etc. This isn't really a hobby, but I obsessively organize things.

Favorite Quote or Philosophy: Remind me to get on ssherrill115 for the question trickery. My favorite philosophy is probably "if it makes you happy." I just need to remember to live it. Favorite quote..."No one can make you feel inferior without your consent," Eleanor Roosevelt.
