It's Coming.....Can you FEEL IT?

Yep that's right people.  We have ourselves another Drabble War coming!  The start date this month is February 10th.  So I am trying to do all my spotlights between now and then.  As you can see above, we have some very interesting authors lining up for the February Drabble War!!!

**Ok here is where I explain a Drabble War to you who have not been paying attention up until now.  In a Drabble War - the winner is the READER.  That's right this is not a competition.  But I will tell you that these authors are competitive!!!  They all want you to read their stories.  They will all START posting their stories at the same time on February 10th.  All of their stories are completely written, they will just be posting them throughout the weekend.  If you are a fan of Fan Fiction - you will love the Drabble War!!  I encourage you to read the spotlight for each author (I will be posting one here every day), then go to the author's profile page on FFN and set your notifications so you will know when the authors post.  These wars are really a lot of fun and there is a special page on Facebook where you can go and meet people just like yourself that are also reading the Drabble War!  Here is the Facebook Link:  Drabble War Forum  It is a closed group (18 and over) so ask to join the group and after your age is verified, you are in!!  I will tell you that some pretty good stuff gets posted there!  I love to go there and just hang out!!**

The first author in the February Drabble War that I would like to tell you about it JudasManifesto.  I am very excited to see him in our line up of authors!!!

Welcome Judas!

Hi There Sandy!

Judas, I want you to feel welcome here - my reader's don't bite!  We are looking forward to the February Drabble War and I would like to ask you a few questions.  Would that be ok?

 Sure!

Ok let's see,  so just for our general knowledge so we can find you on FFN, is JudasManifesto your pen name?

I’m Judas Manifesto on FanFiction.Net, Twitter and JudasManifesto FanFiction on Facebook!

Alright - now, I am really looking forward to this next question because we don't have many in the fandom and all of you are so special!  Tell me darling, are you a Man or a Woman???

I am a….. MAN! J Got the hardware, facial hair and short hair to prove it.

That is so exciting!!  I always like to see how the men in our fandom write this story.  I find their Edwards to be much more controlling!  I am really looking forward to THAT!!  Where are you from sweet pea?

I live in British Columbia, Canada. In the town of Langley which is about an hour away from Vancouver.

Wow, not only are you Male, but you are exotic as well!!  How did you hear about the February Drabble War?

My Beta, TexasBella added me to the Drabble Wars Forum, I took a look around and thought, “Why not?!”

It’s a fantastic way to challenge the authors creativity and get new writers out there with the well known ones. I’m writing with CaraNo …. That pretty much says it all.

I love CaraNo (but who doesn't?)  So tell me Judas, what genre do you like the best (Drama, Angst, Romance, Drama etc.)

I don’t really have a favorite since I pretty much enjoy writing everything except for heavy angst that has you snot-sobbing. However, my favorite genres to read are intense love stories with obstacles that are overcome, battles fought and won. (Romance, a bit of Angst, Drama, Action)

Example: Emancipation Proclamation, Clipped Wings & Inked Armor. LOVE them.

The stories that have a strong meaning – a reason.

I also like to write that. I’ve been told I’m a very descriptive writer and I love to write intimate details, emotions and I love to write action. But romance is my all-time favorite.

I can honestly say that Clipped Wings & Inked Armor was one of my favorite Edwards!!  You know, I would like to know a little bit about your Drabble for the War.  Will you tell us a little about...

Til The World Ends is an Post-Apocalyptic love story. The best explanation I can come up with is the summary.

The world has ended. Edward has been separated from his wife. When he comes to after an earthquake almost ending mankind, he goes in search for her to find she has joined a dangerous Vampire clan bent on world domination. AU, Post-Apocalyptic, Lemons.

The story is going to be high on action, suspense and drama but it has a fast pace and I highly doubt anyone will get bored. When Edward and Bella get back together is when the romantic candle ignites. J

It’s a page turner and I hope everyone likes it.

*Yes, the title is spelt wrong but I didn’t want it to be called, “Until The World Ends” or “Till The World Ends.” It’s just a personal preference. ;)*

You know, something I really like is that the first chapter of this story is already written.  You can go to  JudasManifesto's Fan Fiction.Net page and read the first chapter of the story.  Then you will be ready and waiting for February 10th to come around.

If you haven't read any of Judas' stories, I highly recommend him as an author and I know anything you find there, you are going to enjoy!

Tell me Judas, this is the first time I have asked this question, but there is a method to my madness.  Do you write for other fandoms???

I do not write for any other Fandoms but I have been seriously contemplating doing so. The Harry Potter, Sookie Stackhouse, Mortal Instruments, Hunger Games, House of Night, and the Host are some book series I would love to write something for.

I’m also interested in the Movie and TV show Fandoms. Movies like Underworld, Van Helsing, Aeon Flux and even Alien Vs Predator. And TV shows such as Glee, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Vampire Diaries, Secret Circle.

I’d be willing to try any of them but I’m more interested and devoted to the Twilight Fandom. J Edward and Bella. Maybe Edward and Jasper too. :O

That's good, because we like to have you here with us!  What about publishing?  Have you had anything published?  Do you aspire to?

Not published yet. But I do dream of publishing. J.K Rowling and Cassandra Clare are big inspirations to me. I have a lot of respect for the authors of the fandom who write something else and publish. Not crazy on the ‘Pull-to-Publish’ technique though.

I always like to ask my authors to give me your 3 favorite stories.  What are your three??

Well, I love all the stories I read but the top three I’ve read or reading are;

Elemental by TallulahBelle
I just started this one and I’m REALLY liking this one.

Smoke & Mirrors by Drotuno
I’m a HUGE fan of Drotuno and I have read EVERYTHING she has written. The Gravity trilogy is amazing and I suggest everyone reads it.

It’s A Sign by .. Ohh… CaraNo J
I just started reading this bad boy too and I love this story. It reminds me of a certain little boy that is deaf and means a lot to me.

I hope my next questions don't make you too uncomfortable.  I like to get a little personal when I interview.  Tell me Judas, what is your Marital Status?  There may be some eligible single girls (or guys) out there waiting to hear...

I am in a relationship… that’s all I’m saying. ;)

OK, man, that seems like a touchy question.  How about this one...Any kids?  Pets????

I guess I do have a kid… He’s not mine but he means as much to me as if he was my own.

I got two Rottweilers too. -_- They’re cute but a pain in the ass.

It's time (as Alice would say) and just because you are a dude, I am not letting you off. Tell me Judas, what is your favorite Sex Toy?

O.O     Oh my..      I’m not telling.

OK, OK I guess we have torturered you enough.  Before I let you go, please tell me out of all your stories, which one (in your opinion) really defines you as an author??

Okay. In order;

Edward and Jasper Make a Porno is my favorite so far. It’s a slashy one-shot with bit of a comedic taste? I don’t know. You’ll have to read it.

I guess I'll let him slide.  I asked for one and he gave me 5 - oh well, at least that gives us something to read!! I would like to Thank Judas for allowing me to interview him tonight.  I hope that you will sign up for his notifications so you can read his Drabble in the February Drabble War!!  Please leave Judas (and me) some love in the form of a comment, and don't forget to come back tomorrow and meet another author participating in the WAR!!!  Thank you for taking the time to read Southern Fan Fiction Review!!

Looking forward to more chapters of the story and to check out his others... I had a Rott a couple years ago his name was Bear... He was huge and if you sat on the floor he would try and crawl in your lap so you can hold him... It was a lot easier when he was just a baby..lol
